There are two situations here

1.When there are products in overseas warehouses

  We will deliver the goods to your home 3-5 days after receiving your order.

2.When overseas warehouses are out of stock

  We will deliver the goods to your home 8-15 days after receiving your order.

Note: Shipping times may be affected during public holidays as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations during these times. Though this is unfortunately out of our control, we will try our best to improve on this issue.

During peak seasons and promotional sales, delivery might take a little longer.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns:

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the product.
