KABAQOO accepts order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

Return & Refund Policy
Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the delivery of the product.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Items must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
Shipping Responsibilities:
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee based on the chosen express company.
If the return is due to our error (incorrect goods received), the consumer will not bear the shipping fee. However, we are not responsible for damage caused during return transportation.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank regarding processing times.
If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our support team.
